At Alliance Healthcare UK, we are a leading pharmaceutical distributor in need of a talented High Volume Recruiter to join our team. As a High Volume Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and selecting candidates efficiently and effectively to support our operations teams with the recruitment of high volume roles. This is a 12 month fixed term contract Salary: £28,000-£31,000 Full Time This is a remote role however dependent on location you may have access to an office. Some travel will be required. Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for high volume positions across various departments.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Conduct thorough screening assessments and interviews to identify qualified candidates who align with our organization's values and requirements.
- Build strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, conduct reference checks, and manage offer negotiations.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and maintain accurate recruitment data.
- Proven experience as a High Volume Recruiter or similar role, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
- Solid understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing techniques, screening methods, interview techniques, and employment laws.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage candidates effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) or other recruiting software is preferred.(Workday preferred)
- Ability to adapt quickly in a rapidly changing environment.
